Sleeping Owl Stout
Our Oatmeal Stout is very dark and full-bodied, with predominate chocolate and coffee notes. A smooth, almost silky-like mouthfeel features a bit of noble hop bitterness, maltiness, and some sweetness. You'll discover hints of oatmeal and a little roasted dryness at the very end. Delicious, creamy, and smooth.

Big Water Nut Brown Ale
Based on a Northern English Brown, this medium-light bodied brew has a deep reddish-brown color. Upfront notes of sweet chocolate, toffee, and nuts are followed up with a hint of roasted bitterness. The blend of American and English hops gives this beer a balanced profile of bitterness, earthiness, and some fruit.

Hops: Summit, Challenger, Mt. Hood

ABV: 5.2%

'Rado's Red Ale
Our Irish-style red is crystal clear with reddish hues. Upfront notes of dark caramel with a slightly astringent quality build into bold roasted toffee with nutty undertones. It finishes with a light taste of toasted grain, which lends a characteristic dryness. The English hop varietals come smoothly in the finish without much hop bitterness. A crowd favorite you’ll surely enjoy.

Window Screen Wheat
An American Hefeweizen, this unfiltered wheat beer is pale in color with a medium body. It starts smoothly with wisps of banana and then finishes with hints of clove and a light bitterness. Straightforward wheat beer that'll remind you of warm summer nights and wide open doors, no matter what time of year you're enjoying it.

​Recess IPA
This American IPA is light gold in color with a medium-full body. Beginning notes of citrus, tropical fruit and slightly sweet caramel are initially balanced by a floral and grassy bitterness, which is followed by a hint of grapefruit. This is a long-finishing beer that lasts for days.

Hops: Citra, Cascade, Magnum, Centennial

Chocolate Coffee American Stout - ABV 7.2% IBUs 70 SRM 37

This American Stout is infused with Coffee Tree coffee, which comes through richly in the aroma with hints of chocolate. The flavor is smooth and clean, with comforting hints of caramel and coffee overlying a characteristic stout roastiness, leading to sublte lingering bitterness in the finish.

MyCrow Hop Project 2.0 ABV 4.0% IBUs 45 SRM 4

This session IPL in our experimental hop-focused series is light-bodied and light-colored, but full of hoppy aromas with tropical, citrus, and slight grassiness dominating the nose. The flavor is clean and full of these same flavors, leading into a smooth bitterness that is soft but hangs onto the palate readily.

Gin Barrel-Aged Brews ABV 13.0%-14.3%

We have a variety of brews that were aged in Spring 44 Old Tom Gin barrels for months. We have very limited amounts of each and will be cycling through them as they kick. Your bartender can provide you a description of which one we have on tap at the moment.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brews ABV 10.6%-10.8%

We also have a variety of brews that were aged in Breckenridge Bourbon Barrels for months. We have very limited amounts of each and will be cycling through them as they kick. Your bartender can provide you a description of which one we have on tap at the moment.

Publickan Impeachment - ABV 8.0% IBUs 89 SRM 12 

This Peach Double IPA is the brainchild of Crow Hop and The Laureate Publick House. Peaches and Vic Secret hops give this brew a big fruity aroma. The smooth flavor, with a strong malt backbone to carry the hop and fruit flavors, finishes bittersweet and tangy.

'Alalā Lele Pineapple Kettle Sour - ABV 5.3% IBUs 26 SRM 4
Part of our ongoing kettle sour series, this installation infuses pineapple with tropical hops for a bright, summery brew. It's rocky white head and hazy golden color lead into a tropical and pineapple aroma. Bright carbonation will dance on your palate to help bring out the tart flavor and lingering pineapple that develops from sip to sip.

OPPO Double IPA - ABV 9.9% UBUs 89 SRM 10

An American Double IPA brewed strong, bitter, and full of beautiful hoppy aromatics. This is a yearly brew that turned out damn near perfect this time around. The malty body balances out the high IBU finish, for a thoroughly enjoyable, big hoppy brew.

Progression Pale Ale

This American Pale Ale is light-bodied with a pale straw color and rich Vienna malt aroma that's slightly fruity. The ale is smooth and crisp, all the way through, with a clean and long finish carrying hints of piney bitterness that will leave you craving more. 

Hops: Apollo, Columbus, Cascade, Citra, Northern Brewer, and Perle

ABV: 5.8%

IBUs: 45

Knee-Knocker Porter

Our rendition of this classic British ale is medium bodied with a has a deep brown color. It has an aroma rich with caramel, chocolate, and a hint of roastiness. The flavor mirrors the aroma, giving way to a smooth, satisfying finish. 

Hops: Challenger, Northern Brewer, EKG

ABV: 5.2%

IBUs: 23


Loose Tongue Lager
An inspired blend of Czech pils enhances our smooth American amber lager, which is a warm golden color. Wisps of citrus are followed by a clean malt sweetness and a crisp lager finish. The hop blend brings an upfront earthiness, with slightly bitter notes of herbs and grass lingering on your tongue.A bit higher gravity than your traditional lager, but enjoyed by everyone!
