We at Crow Hop are driven by the focused passion of crafting clean, complex flavors from four classic ingredients. We start with pristine Colorado water to showcase the distinct qualities in our eight flagship brews, each with a carefully selected blend of grains, hops, and yeast. While we're always innovating with seasonal offerings in our taproom, first and foremost we're devoted to delivering a brew that doesn't mask the deep, varied character of each ingredient. Our promise to you is that each sip you take in our taproom contains the fruits of that passion, because above all else - it’s about the beer.

Taproom Offerings

We like to keep things fresh and try out new recipes in our unique rotators and specialty beers. Check back frequently to see what we're pouring this week. We try to keep this list as up-to-date as possible, but sometimes things get in the way. Please give us a call or stop on by the taproom and we'll be happy to talk with you about whatever we've got on tap at the moment.

Opening Day Blackberry Wheat - ABV 6.7% IBUs 35 SRM 5

Blackberries and hefeweizen yeast combine into a hazy purple hue in this annual brew. The tartness of the berries plays with the fruity esters of the yeast and the bitterness of the hops to create a complex, but complimentary balance of flavors, which masks the higher than typical ABV of this wheat beer.

MyCrow Hop Project 3.0 - ABV 7.2% IBUs 45

For our third installment of the MyCrow Hop Project series we created a milkshake IPA with the addition of sweet juicy blood orange puree. The addition of columbus hops lends an earthy aroma and accents the citrus flavors of the blood orange. Adding lactose not only gives the beer a hazy appearance, but also makes for a creamy mouthfeel.

The Foundry Cream Ale - ABV 4.6% IBUs 18

We teamed up with our construction friends to create this easy-drinking ale using 2-row and pilsner grains. The addition of northern brewer and perle hops balance the malt sweetness, but do not over power the beer. Enjoy the spirit of Loveland and this ale together, you won't find either one anywhere else!

Stop Whining - ABV 10.1% IBUs 0

Our first wine beer hybrid is a truly experimental brew crafted for beer and wine drinkers alike. We left out the hops to let the fruity aromatics and flavors of the cabernet must come through. With light carbonation it is more reminiscent of wine. Subtle malt undertones balance the must, with a hint of oak to tie everything together. The finish is light, crisp, and will leave you curious for more.

Rado's Red Sweet Cherry Sour - ABV 6.1% IBUs 32

For this sour series we took our Rado's Red Ale recipe, added lactobacillus and Oregon Sweet Cherries to create this sweet, yet tart, thirst quenching sour. After spending 36 hours in our kettle, you will not be able to miss the complex flavors developed in this brew.

1225 Spiced Stout 2017 - ABV  9.2% IBUs 50 SRM 40

This year's version of our annual spiced stout is made with chocolate, brown sugar, orange peel, and cinnamon. The aroma is bright with orange and cinnamon, which leads into a rich chocolatey stout flavor. The brown sugar compliments the roasted malt, combining into a bruleé-like middle. The brew finishes silky, smooth, and warming to balance out a cold Colorado night.

Winter Fire Belgian White IPA - ABV  6.8% IBUs 80 SRM 4

Our annual winter focused Belgian IPA marries American hops with robust Belgian yeast for a bright, estery beer that has a strong bitter bite. The high ABV is matched with bold flavors of clove, banana, citrus, and earthiness, which continue to develop and evolve from the first hints of the aroma through to the last, lingering notes in the finish.

Knee-Knocker Porter

Our rendition of this classic British ale is medium bodied with a has a deep brown color. It has an aroma rich with caramel, chocolate, and a hint of roastiness. The flavor mirrors the aroma, giving way to a smooth, satisfying finish.

Loose Tongue Lager
An inspired blend of Czech pils enhances our smooth American amber lager, which is a warm golden color. Wisps of citrus are followed by a clean malt sweetness and a crisp lager finish. The hop blend brings an upfront earthiness, with slightly bitter notes of herbs and grass lingering on your tongue.A bit higher gravity than your traditional lager, but enjoyed by everyone!
